The Cerato Centre is run by Irene Smith. Irene started her career in general and orthopaedic nursing. She is trained in Bach Flower therapy, Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, the Bowen Technique and Swedish, Remedial & Sports Massage. Karen McGaw is aperson centred therapist whose journey into counselling began at Motherwell College in 2002. She achieved the Post Graduate Diploma in Person-Centred Therapy in 2007 from Stirling University via persona training and development. Karen is an experienced counsellor working in GP practise for several years dealing with issues such as low self esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol abuse, bereavement and loss. Eileen Burns is the owner of World of Health providing complimentary and stress management sessions. Eileen is available Tuesday mornings at the Cerato Centre offering Hopi ear candling, Indian head massage and Reiki.
