Bach flower essences for emotional wellbeing

Bach Flower Therapy

For workshop details click here

Dr Edward Bach, who discovered the Bach remedies, believed our mental attitude played a part in maintaining health and in recovery from illness. The flower essences allow us to address our emotions should the need arise. There are 38 remedies in total, which can be taken in combination for whatever emotional state we find ourselves in.

There are times when we all emotionally match the remedy descriptions as they are normal human responses. Being honest about how we are feeling will help us to get the most from the bach system.  The flower remedies don't suppress our emotions but raise our vibrations to allow us to be reached with positive emotions from the Higher Self.  If we can see our difficulties building up like the layers on an onion, the remedies work by peeling away the surface emotions for the next layer to emerge. Acute feelings respond quicker while chronic feelings may take time to balance. While it is a self help system, there may be times when we feel we need a little more help. Consultations with a practitioner may assist at such times. The flower essences are safe to take alongside other treatment and medication.

Irene is a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner. Consultations cover two appointments approximately 4 weeks apart.  As the remedies are subtle and more chronic feelings may take time to balance, the second review appointment can be very valuable. In some cases a person may feel the treatment bottle has only started working and another bottle of the same remedies will be given at this this time. In other cases a quick response may be experienced and the remedy choice may change over the four weeks. The review appoinment allows for adjustment to the remedy selection for the second treatment bottle.Your investment for Bach Flower Therapy is:

£35 covers two appointments ( initial consultation & a review) approximately 4 weeks apart.) Fee payable on the first appointment.

Bach Remedies, treatment bottles and booklets can be purchased at the Cerato shop. Brief remedy indications are included. Should you wish to email for advice on the remedies please put "Bach Enquiry" in the subject box.
